Patrick Dempsey, 46, didn’t know his life was going to change when he walked into a salon for a haircut, but that’s exactly what happened when he laid eyes on stylist Jillian Fink, 45. "From that moment, we just started flirting," the Grey’s Anatomy star told Life & Style. It took three years for their first date to happen -- they were both in previous relationships -- but the couple (pictured at the 2008 Emmy Awards) eventually wed in 1999 and went on to have three children together. Being married to Dr. McDreamy doesn’t sound easy, but Dempsey told the mag his wife takes it in stride. "Women fans can be very aggressive. I couldn’t handle it as well as my wife does!"
