Eleven Famous People who survived being shot- Rodney King

Sadly for Rodney King, it turns out that no, we can’t all get along. Or at least no one can get along with him. After being infamously beaten down by a gang of overzealous cops – which ended up even more famously leading to the L.A. riots of 1992 – King went on to be arrested for everything from hitting his wife with his car to driving yet another car into a house. But that was all just the prelude to a mysterious shooting in 2007. While riding home on his bicycle (at least they finally took his rampaging car away from him) King was apparently shot in the face, arms and back by pellets from a shotgun. King claimed that it was done by a man and a woman who were trying to bike-jack him and then shot him when he rode away. Maybe ol’ Rodney thought he was surrounded by some sort of invisible force-field when he rode away. How else do you explain him thinking that he’d be fine if he just casually pedaled away from a dude holding a shotgun? In any event, Rodney King should probably just hang out at home more often, you know? Then again, he’d probably get knifed by his dog or something.
